- New Live Chat can be accessed from the Helpdesk or from within FROL. Live support is available throught the Chat 8:00 to 5:00 EST Monday through Friday. If noone is available the system will automatically refer you to a Support Ticket system so you can "Ask a Question."
- New Order Forms are now in the Helpdesk for ordering or upgrading TrainFirst and FROL.
- Register yourself in the helpdesk. this will give you access to any Chat or Support Ticket histories and improve our ability to support you because we will know who you are and what services you care about.
